Nathan running

Here is a short clip of Nathan running the track. Sorry its sideways and I can't rotate it. I ran out of batteries so it just kind of ends too.

Nathan loves going to the track and running with me. These photos are from last week, but today we went running and he was able to do 2x400 with about a 2 minute rest interval. He can run a 400 in about 2:30.  He likes to run the stairs too.
